A minimum level of economic and financial standing and/or a minimum financial threshold of credit rating of 'A' on Standard & Poors, or AM Best credit rating systems. Or the equivalent rating on an alternative established credit rating system.

Evidence of having undertaken three contracts, in any combination from either the public or private sector, that are relevant / equivalent to the authority's requirement in the provision of general insurance. Contracts for supplies or services should have been performed during the past five years.
