Description
Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council seeks to commission specific support for migrants and other vulnerable young people aged 16 - 18 who are not in education, employment or training and have a right to study/work in the UK, and live in the Black Country The cohort will consist of migrants and other young people who have had their education interrupted by a range of issues that could include: seeking refuge, PTSD, emotional and physical traumas, bullying, social and mental trauma and language difficulties. And as result they are not ready for the transition to further education, training or employment. A four-day programme run consecutively for up to 40 weeks and aimed at addressing the barriers and complex social and economic needs faced by some young people. The Service Provider must also provided details of number of hours per day.
