RISK MANAGEMEMT SERVICE

To provide a Risk Management service covering the following: Provide subject matter management and advice on risk management for capital projects and programmes. Represent the Delivery Directorate as risk management lead on capital projects and programmes, on behalf of the Head of Transport Portfolio. Lead and apply risk management best practice across capital schemes, including application of QRA work on projects as required.
