SCRMCA are seeking a Service Provider with experience in external facilitation, organisational development and change management to build on the success of previous staff development programmes that have been undertaken with the Leadership team of the organisation. Bids are sought for the design and delivery of a Management Development Programme for a cohort of approximately 30 staff at Programme Manager / Senior Programme Manager level.
