Tenderers are invited to submit a bid for works to be carried out as sub-contractor at Tynemouth Pool, Preston Road, North Shields, NE29 9PX. Interested bidders must hold the following Industry Standard Accreditation which is a PASS/FAIL question: NFRC (National Federation of Roofing Contractors) Membership The work involves includes removal of existing roof coverings back to concrete roof structure, supply and install new roof coverings (Bauder) to lower roof area incorporating structure checks and provision of new rainwater outlets, flashings, edge trims, and installation of free issue PV supports. The work must be started on 6 January and must be completed by 7 March 2025 to meet external funding deadlines. Tenderers should not apply if they are not able to meet these dates.
