Description
Leicestershire County Council and Leicester City Council (the Employer) is seeking to identify and appoint Contractor(s) to a Highways Minor Works Framework Agreement (Framework). The work involved will be of a jobbing / patching / minor works nature associated with the maintenance of the Employers highway network. The estimated value through the Framework is not guaranteed and is dependent on budgets made available to the Employer but could be up to £400k per annum. The proposed Framework period is two years with potential extensions of a further two years in one year increments subject to performance. The tender is divided into two Lots Lot 1 - which consists of daywork rates for teams and equipment Lot 2 - which consists of measure and value items in the Price List for longer duration work The Employer intends to appoint the following number of Contractors:- - Up to 5nr (five) Contactors to Lot 1.
