Wheels to Work Scheme

Wheels 2 Work is a term used to describe schemes which provide affordable transport to individuals who are unable to access public or private transport for employment, and in some cases training and/or education. ENGIE on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council is aiming to procure a supplier to provide the Wheels to Work scheme on the local authorities behalf. The scheme will provide a small fleet of scooter / mopeds to enable local residents with transport issues to access work, training and education.
