Complete retrofit from fluorescent to LED lighting in the Percy and Drummond buildings. Pilot scheme to assess the viability for linear LED fittings as an LED replacement type. The University has its own complaint framework for Electrical services (ref: NU/0947) that contains suppliers capable of delivering this requirement. The companies awarded to this framework are: • Arthur McKay • Opus • Project FM • Meldrum • Newcastle City Council All five were invited to tender, with Project FM being successful.
