Consultancy Support for SIF Cultural Capital Projects Evaluation

Consultancy to undertake an impact evaluation of three cultural / tourism projects delivered under the Liverpool City Region Strategic Investment Fund. The commission will require development of a theory-based evaluation approach to assess the extent to which investment in the projects have delivered expected outcomes. The commission will require development, capture and analysis of a range of primary and secondary data to inform the analysis.
