External works will include roof replacement to the Manor House and adjoining flat roof, replacement glazing to dining area and link to Manor House. Future proofing of site will be implemented with an upgrade to supply and replacement of obsolete distribution board onsite. \n \n The Contractor is to refer to the Schedule of Works, Specifications and Tender Drawings for a full understanding of the works.
