For the purpose of this exercise, the East Midland User Group includes the following public sector buyers located in the East Midlands region: 1. Derby City Council 2. Derbyshire County Council 3. ESPO 4. Leicester City Council 5. Leicestershire County Council 6. Lincolnshire County Council 7. Nottingham City Council 8. Nottinghamshire County Council 9. North Northamptonshire Council 10.
