Description

CTMUHB seeks to procure an Organisational Development (OD) partner to support this agenda by fostering the leadership and cultural conditions that will enable effective regional working. Specifically, we are seeking a partner who can support the ability of the partners teams to work in a complex adaptive system and further develop practices for effective collaboration. The OD partner will operate across three system levels; 1) Boards, 2) Executive Teams, and 3) Wider leadership teams; to create alignment, build trust, and embed collaborative behaviours that sustain transformation.

Evaluation CriteriaThis procurement will adopt an outcome based fixed fee commercial model with defined deliverables, supported by limited flexibility to respond to emerging system needs. The Contract will be awarded on the basis of a single fixed price covering the delivery of the core phases and outputs set out in the Specification, including but not limited to: • Discovery and diagnostic activity • Sense making and design of system wide interventions • Mobilisation and delivery of agreed leadership and OD activity • Production of agreed outputs (e.g. insight reports, leadership narratives, charters, learning synthesis) The Authority expects bidders to propose a delivery model that is structured, proportionate and achievable within the agreed budget envelope, while recognising the adaptive nature of system level Organisational Development.price
