Description
Partnership marketing is a key channel in the communications mix. It will enable HMRC to extend its campaign reach, as well as find customers that are harder/impossible to reach through HMRC's own channels and paid advertising. The Director of Communications and CSLT have agreed to the need for partnership marketing. Partnership marketing involves working with third party organisations that will communicate on behalf of HMRC to their audience, leveraging the audience's trust in that organisation. These are mutually beneficial partnerships that meet both parties' objectives and audience need. HMRC requires an external partnership marketing agency to deliver this work. A partnership marketing agency has the necessary and unique skill set, experience, tools/systems, and human resources - which are not available within HMRC. The successful agency would support HMRC in building relationships with a diverse range of organisations and amplify messages to the HMRC's varying audiences.
