Heybridge Basin Parish Council is seeking early engagement with potential contractors for the construction of public toilets at Daisy Meadow Car Park. Project Overview This project aims to deliver high-quality, accessible public toilet facilities that meet current regulations and serve the needs of visitors to the area. The scope includes: Design and construction of the facility. Ensuring compliance with accessibility standards (e.g., Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) or other relevant standards).
