Concession Contract for the Provision of Catering Services at Paisley Arts Centre

OneRen has a requirement to appoint an experienced, community-focused supplier to establish and grow a destination daytime café within the iconic, newly refurbished Paisley Arts Centre. OneRen are looking for a catering partner to create a vibrant hub for Renfrewshire residents, students, and local businesses, making Paisley Arts Centre a central meeting point for the community. As part of the development process for the procurement approach, OneRen is seeking views and information from the marketplace in connection with the areas set out in this Prior Information Notice (PIN). Market consultation is an important part of the procurement process and gives us an opportunity to consider your specialist opinion and expertise.
