2025-049 Case Management System

Ofgem requires a robust case management system to support its statutory obligations for handling information rights requests such as Freedom of Information (FOI), Environmental Information Regulations (EIR), Subject Access Request (SAR)), parliamentary correspondence, complaints, and statutory reviews. The system will be used by Ofgem to manage freedom of information, environmental information requests, subject access requests, internal reviews, parliamentary correspondence, complaints and statutory reviews, supporting up to 3,500 cases annually with scalability options.
