MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS RELATING TO HEATING AND MECHANICAL INSTALLATIONS - AWARD

WYFRS require a contractor to undertake servicing and maintenance services on Heating and Mechanical installations and systems. Services include planned inspection and testing to ensure that Heating and Mechanical installations and systems meet operational and safety standards; reactive maintenance including the provision of a 365/24/7 call out service to attend at an applicable site within the prescribed times is required. The Services also include provision for Consequential Services including repairs, replacements, modifications and requested upgrades.
