M6 Lune Gorge - Facilities management services

Kier require a subcontractor to undertake facilities management services at our site compound in Tebay for M6 Lune Gorge Project. The following services are required but not limited to: • Building log • fire alarm maintenance • HVAC maintenance • changing lightbulbs • General maintenance of offices • Asbestos register • Kitchen staff / running set up • Gritting walkways outside • clearing snow We will use the Build UK Common Assessment Criteria (CAS) to ensure a consistent minimum business competence.
