Tender for CAPITA SIMS FMS Support

City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (the Council) provides SIMS support to approximately 100 local authority schools (the Customer) across the Bradford District. The Council do not currently offer support for the FMS module and have a contract with a 3rd party provider which will expire on the 31st March 2019. The annual demand on the Service in the previous twelve (12) months was a total of 700 Incidents raised. The contract will be managed by the Council, however the Service will be provided directly to schools. It is anticipated that the Contract will be for a period of one (1) year, with the option to extend by one (1) period of 12 months.
