Description
Provision of a customer online self-serve portal. This is a forms-based web portal and mobile app where customers can request services from SBC. There is an optional sign up in which customers can receive updates for certain services and can view their council tax and benefits payments, previous service requests and bookings. Our service area team are able to amend the platform by creating new user pathways, adding COTS modules, as well as basic UI features. The service team are also able to view forms in progress, review tickets that have been raised by users and amend specific cases where needed. The portal is module based with a bookings and payment function. There are 3 integrations with back-office systems including recycling & waste, Highways and Revenues & Benefits.
