Tender for Christmas Lights and Associated Maintenance in Garstang Town Centre

Garstang Town Council wishes to secure the provision of Festive Lights in the areasspecifi ed in the appendix and section 4.1 and is seeking a suitably qualifi edorganisation to provide a full festive lighting solution. The objective of the contract will be to produce and innovative an energy effi cientilluminated display/decorations package, utilising the established hanging pointsand new hanging points, set out in the appendix. The contract will include the design, supply, delivery, installation, removal andstorage of the festive lighting features provided under the contract, along with allassociated electrical work and infrastructure requirements. The design of thefeatures will be approved by the Council and the Council will hold the copyright toany bespoke features. Tenderers should note that the contract is for new lighting products only andsecond hand or refurbished units will not be considered. The Town Council is looking for a colour theme which is in keeping with and sensitiveto the Town, however it is receptive to consider a range of options.
