Build & Design Leadership Expectations Training

The College of Policing has over the last year developed a Leadership Standards Training which is incorporated in it's Leadership Training Offer. Currently the Leadership Expectations Module contains 3 levels. However, the College wants to expand the training level to 5 levels. The diagnostic tool currently provided with the training will have to be adapted and further developed to be able to support the 5 Leadership Expectations Training. • Create refined Levels 3-5 Leadership Expectations. Includes primary research to be undertaken, therefore this includes research design. • Refinements to working prototype of Diagnostic tool ready for piloting asap.
