Kirkley Waterfront Design Team -Architecture, Landscape Design & Community Engagement - AWARD

East Suffolk Council (ESC) is looking to appoint an Architecture & Landscape Design Team to lead the development of a hybrid planning application - 350 home outline with detailed infrastructure elements - for two key strategic brownfield sites (former Sanyo and Survitec sites - 8Ha in total) located on the South side of Lake Lothing, Lowestoft, in the area often referred to as the Kirkley Waterfront.
