Description
This is a Pre-Market Engagement Exercise for Lift Schools. The purpose of this preliminary market engagement exercise is to inform suppliers in the current market and gain information to inform a potential future procurement. What we’re looking for We are looking for a supplier who can deliver a best-in-class, LMS that includes: Seamless and scalable cloud-based delivery A modern, intuitive user experience for staff and administrators Advanced analytics and reporting Interoperability with Google Workspace, HRIS (iTrent), and MIS (Arbor) Blended learning and microlearning capabilities, including a mobile app Support for compliance training and performance-linked development AI-based content creation capabilities A strong roadmap for innovation in AI, automation, and skills-based learning At this stage, any information gathered through this exercise will inform the Trust internal business planning and the subsequent procurement process. For the avoidance of doubt, this is the scoping phase and is not part of a formal procurement process.
