Aspire have a requirement to appoint a contractor to deliver general clearance works within our void properties and carrying out final cleans prior to handover to customers. The scope of works is - to remove all types of furniture/appliances/tyres and general waste from void properties to allow repair works to be completed, this could include Needle sweeps, bio cleans and a range of domestic cleaning services for void properties
