Registered Provider Market Warming Event - Learning Disability wth complex needs reablement supported living accommodation

West Hampshire CCG are commissioning on behalf of the CCG's of North Hampshire, North East Hampshire and Farnham, South Eastern and Fareham and Gosport, an enhanced social care housing model. In support of this West Hampshire CCG has applied for a Capital Grant from NHS England to help provide accommodation via a Registered provider, with associated Supported Living resources being procured alongside this procurement to provide support staff for this service. When funding is approved, becoming available from Summer 2017 to provide a minimum of 5 flats, new or in need of refurbishment with communal areas within Hampshire. The contract with the appointed Registered Provider, in anticipation of approved funding, would be for a period of 10 years, with a mid term review at 5 years, with the on going service and maintenance costs for the properties being funded via the Housing Benefit of the Tenants.
