Lot 1 - The provision mental health, medium level supported accommodation. This Lot includes the provision of 60 units of self contained accommodation located within Brighton and Hove broad market rental area. This includes the provision of 5 units for a Women’s Only support service and between 4-7 units of accommodation dedicated to a dual diagnosis support service. Lot 2 - The provision of generic, low level supported accommodation. This Lot includes the provision of 53 units of self contained accommodation located within Brighton and Hove broad market rental area.
