Stamford Art Centre Roofing Works

South Kesteven District Council is seeking to appoint a Provider for roofing replacement/repairs and associated works including the removal or restoration of the existing Collywestern slate roof covering to the Listed Stamford Arts Centre. These works include replacement/refurbishment of the coverings, leadworks, rainwater goods, associated timber treatment and window repairs/decoration works. The deadline for completed tender submissions to be received on the eTendering Portal is 12:00 noon on 22nd September. The Contract is due to commence on 1st November 2020. PLEASE NOTE: Potential suppliers are required to make arrangements to undertake a supervised site visit to the Stamford Art Centre, 27 St Mary's Street, Stamford, PE92DL. Attendance at a site visit is mandatory as part of this procurement process. The Council reserves the right to eliminate bids from the procurement process (without evaluation), that are received from any potential supplier that has not attended a site visit. Site visits must be arranged through the messaging function of the project on ProContract. The deadline for submitting a request for attending a site visit is 12:00 noon Friday 4th September 2020. Site visits can be arranged for week commencing 7th September, and will be supervised by the Council's Senior Assets Officer.
