PAN2190 - Local Housing Needs Study

Leicester City Council (the Authority) invites quotations for the provision of a Consultant to undertake a Local Housing Needs study. This is to ensure that as an Authority we have a comprehensive understanding of the City's housing needs and that the right type and mix of housing in different areas of the City is developed. The proposed contract will be for two years with an option to extend for a period or periods totalling no more than a further two years. We anticipate awarding to a single Supplier.
