Description
Liverpool City Council is looking for an agency to carry out concept testing research for a behaviour change campaign. The overarching objective of the campaign is to engage the whole of Liverpool to: • acknowledge how the pandemic has affected people's mental wellbeing • highlight they are not alone in how they could be feeling • acknowledge that there are many factors affecting the way people feel such as debt, housing, relationships and how these impact on a person's mental wellbeing • motivate to them to get help whether that be talking with a family member, being more active or accessing mental wellbeing services and support. We are looking to commission an agency to help us to gather actionable insights to help develop and refine a mental wellbeing creative for the city. This will ensure a final campaign due to go live in spring 2022 is impactful, feels relevant to Liverpool, strikes a tone which prompts people to consider what they can do, and equips them with the information they need to act.
