CS0969 Supported Lodgings Recruitment

Wiltshire Council is seeking to commission supported Lodgings recruitment for Wiltshire. The primary aim of the service will be to provide high-quality accommodation and young-person centred support, to prepare young people to succeed as independent adults. Wiltshire Council has a responsibility to find suitable, stable homes as close to Wiltshire communities as possible for care leavers and other vulnerable young people who require support. These homes must enable them to develop and test the independence skills they will need to succeed as adults. To ensure a broad range of choices for young people of different levels of need, Wiltshire Council is seeking to partner with an external organisation to recruit and manage a pool of skilled and experienced Supported Lodgings Carers. The contract will run for an initial 2 year period and will provide at least 10 supported lodgings beds and 2 emergency beds.
