Description

NOE CPC are developing a solution for Estates Decarbonisation and Energy Infrastructure, to include lots to enable an end to end support offering, including specialist independent service provision and totally managed solutions from early feasibility, funding approval and scheme delivery. The areas in scope with a lot structure to be finalised are a) Strategic Planning Support, b) Project Planning, Feasibility and Programme & Project Mgt, c) Funding Application Support, d) Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Schemes, e) Contract Management, reporting and audit services and f) Total Service Provision/Principle Partner solution. The aim is to engage specialist suppliers with decarbonisation experise in each of these specific areas and in the healthcare sector. This structure gives optimum flexibility to the NHS to contract for a full end to end service or specific services only depending on the size and scope of their plans.
