Description
Derbyshire County Council is seeking to procure an internally hosted Occupational Health Administration Solution and Associated Services. The project scope includes: · Implementation; · Data Migration; · Multi-location electronic diary; · Automatic generation of appointment letters/emails; · Text reminders for appointments; · Electronic forms for both Pre-employment and management referrals; · Records management e.g. managing the records throughout their life-cycle; · Links to Health Surveillance for health checks; · A reporting system for standard and ad-hoc reports; · The ability to have manual input of details; · Recharging information for internal departments and External Partners; · The ability to export to word-processing and spreadsheet packages; · Training; · Account management; and · Support and maintenance. The Contract term will be 5 years from successful Go-Live with options to extend annually up to 5 additional years taking the contract up to a maximum of 10 years from Go-Live. This requirement has not been separated into lots for technical reasons including the need for seamless integration and implementation. Additionally, having a single lot will minimise Council resources for on-going support and efficient contract management.
