Print Management

XL Print Paris is a print management suite which is used by IWC to automatically design, produce, print and archive most written communication from theRevenues and Benefits service to customers, this includes all Council Tax Bills, Benefit notifications, Direct Debit instructions, Debtors invoicing etc. It is alsoutilised by other service areas including care billing statements and schools admissions. Our current solution from the provider is becoming end of life and therefore will no longer be supported. The providers newer system is a Saas Solution, this will involve implementation and then ongoing annual costs.
