| Simple description | Minimum Quality: Bidders should be aware that, regardless of their price, to be considered for award of this contract they must achieve a total qualitative evaluation score of no less than 50%, with the exception of the Social Value question. Minimum Overall Score: Bidders with an overall score of 50% with be awarded a place on the Framework. For avoidance of doubt overall score is a combination of Quality 60% and Price 40%.
