This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) contract modification notice. This contract has been modified under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and Procurement Act 23 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally modified. The decision to modify the contract was taken by the Director of Commissioning for Primary Care and Neighbourhoods on behalf of NHS Essex Integrated Care Board. No Conflicts of interest were identified. Non-conflicted decision-makers assessed the nature and extent of any declared interests and implemented appropriate mitigation measures, to ensure a fair and transparent decision-making process.
