As part of this objective, DCMS wants to provide an informative and effective online hub for industry, government and academia. The hub should facilitate cyber business, enable collaboration and ensure that users are aware of opportunities across the sector. The Cyber Exchange is an existing website that goes some way to fulfil this requirement. This Discovery piece of work aims to establish what the existing user need is and whether it is being met by the Cyber Exchange. The output of the discovery should be a clear understanding of who the users are, what DCMS can do to support them better via an online hub and how DCMS can ensure ongoing use of such a hub.
