Description
Barnet Clinical Commissioning Service invites suitable expressions of interest from providers, with at least 2 years’ experience, to deliver a world-class referral management service within the population of Barnet. The aim of this service will be to promote a high quality of referrals to optimize the principle of getting the patient to the right place, to see the right person first time. The main objectives of the service will be to: 1. Provide clinical triage and administration for the lifecycle of the GP referral, to 2. Ensure patient choice and an improved patient journey. 3. To act as a source of training and education for GPs, including locums, to support the delivery of high quality, right first time referrals that lead to a patient being seen in the right place, at the right time, first time for their first outpatient appointment. 4. The provision of routine high quality data to GPs, GP practices, commissioners and providers so that effective and efficient services
