FEW1374 - Service User Participation Service

Leicester City Council (the Authority) undertook a procurement exercise late 2022 to secure a new 'Service User' Participation service which sought to bring the service more in line with the current ambitions of the department. Despite a lot of interest, this failed to attract bids from any providers, therefore a direct award was approved to extend the contract for a further year until June 2024 to allow Commissioners to undertake further work.
