WLDC - Customer Relationship Management (Solution)

This is an award notice having used the process included in the CCS G Cloud 11, (creation of search terms) the Council searched for eligible suppliers able to deliver a Customer Relationship Management Solution including core Customer and Interaction functionalities, Customer Self-Service Portal, Field Working capabilities, Knowledgebase and Business Process Modelling capabilities. Suppliers Service Descriptions, Prices and License Terms as published on the G Cloud 11 portal were evaluated to arrive at an award decision.
