Cost Based Council Service Assessment

Cherwell District Council wishes to appoint a company with proven experience, capacity and capability to undertake a cost based council service assessment, covering 3 strands: 1) Baseline council service catalogue 2) Proposed and costed new ways of working across the council, maintaining current service levels to deliver cost efficiencies against the MTFS 3) (Optional) Identify and analyse a range of potential changes to council service levels (from minimum/regulatory, to current, to enhanced) that will deliver cost efficiencies.
