SPaTS Framework Lot 1: ANPR/Weigh-in-Motion (WiM) Site Development

The Operational Capability Team project sponsor is looking to set up a contract that will support the IPT to develop and deliver an operational ANPR/Weigh-in-Motion site on the strategic road network. This site is intended to then operate for a 12 month trial period, as part of the contract, with the aim of reducing the number of overloaded commercial vehicles using the network and the incidents attributed to them. The contract will incorporate the development and application of an enforcement strategy, which will include engagement and collaboration with external organisations. This contract will support the Safer Vehicles and Safer People tranches of the CVIP Programme.
