Net Zero Toolkit Commission

Folkestone and Hythe District Council (F&HDC) and Homes England (HE) joint commission of a Net Zero Toolkit for use by the council, house builders, architects, self-builders and consultants.\r \r Drawing on the latest guidance and best practice, the Net Zero Carbon Toolkit will be a practical, easy to follow guide to help plan a net zero housing project. Implementing the measures laid out in the new toolkit will help deliver a net zero, environmentally friendly home aligned to the targets, values and outcomes of the Government's Net Zero Strategy, October 2021 as well as the Council's own Net Zero objectives.
