DR4976 Whitechapel Energy and Services Masterplan

The purpose of this work is to establish an Energy and Servies Masterplan (ESMP) based on decentralised energy (DE) serving the Whitechapel Vision area as defined by the Whitechapel Vision SPD (http://www.towerhamlets.gov.uk/lgsl/451- 500/494_th_planning_guidance/consultation_and_engagement/draft_whitechapel_vision_spd .aspx) The ESMP shall determine the extent of a DE system that has the potential to supply market competitive, low carbon energy to new developments and existing properties. The ESMP shall also identify impacts and recommendations for the water, electricity, drainage and communications infrastructure in the area.
