Description

Provision of an outreach service that will deliver interventions around substance misuse to reduce harm and associated risky behaviours for 16-25-year-olds. It will also increase the proportion of young people/adults misusing drugs who require access to substance misuse treatment and recovery support, and earlier interventions for young offenders to divert them away from the criminal justice system, particularly prison. The contract was awarded to the most economically advantageous tender via an RFQ process under light touch regime. The award of this contract was in accordance with the Council's delegated approval procedures.
