Guildford Borough Council (GBC) is seeking to employ a single contractor to undertake the construction of twelve one-bedroom flats with associated parking, following demolition of existing residential and storage premises The 12 flats are to be constructed on the site comprising 14a-18 Ladymead, Guildford, GU1 1DL A planning application has been submitted (Ref 17/P/00724) and a decision is expected in July 2017 The works will be procured under a JCT Standard Building Contract without Quantities, 2016 Edition
