TDC PT Construction of 8 Houses & 13 Flats - Uplands, Warlingham - AWARD

Tandridge District Council (The Council) is contracting for the construction of affordable rented accommodation comprising 8Nr Houses ( in two Blocks ), and 13 Nr flats ( in one block ) together with associated external works and demolition of existing properties at Uplands, Warlingham, Surrey, CR6 9DP. We invite expressions of interest from suitably experienced & qualified building contractors. This is a two stage Restricted process with a value above the OJEU threshold for Works.
