Corn Exchange Front of House Works

Dorchester Town Council is seeking experienced construction companies to carry out the following works: • To refurbish part of the ground floor of the Municipal Buildings to provide a front of house for the arts centre including a new bar, reception, community space and WCs. The project will use the JCT 2016 Intermediate Building Contract with Contractors Design. The works are to commence at the beginning of August 2024 with an anticipated contract duration of 6 months. The work must be completed before March 2025.
