Description
Rooftop Housing Association Limited have awarded a call-off contract to SPS Doorguard Limited to provision as support contractor for a 10-month period to cover empty property maintenance (void works), communal area, garden clearance and rectification works, waste clearance and disposal. To include a contingency element (£100k) of responsive repairs to tenanted properties, primarily related to HHSRS hazards, namely damp and mould works. The contractor will contract direct for Rooftop Housing Association and will cover properties in the Worcester, Evesham and Gloucester areas. This contract was procured as a direct award under Efficiency East Midlands's Vacant Property Services Framework (EEM0071) Lots 1, 2 and 3. (Contract Notice 2024/S 000-028440).
