CP2133-21 Devon and Dorset Dormouse Strategy - Regulation Review

This procurement is to contract a supplier to lead on Part 2 of the Devon and Dorset Dormouse Conservation Strategy. Part 2 is a review of the current regulatory system for dormice with a focus on planning and licencing and the relationship between the two systems. The review should also include options for reforming the system to benefit dormouse conservation and reduce bureaucracy. Stakeholder engagement is essential.
